Job summary

AHZ Associates Kuwait in Kuwait City is seeking a Senior Student Counsellor for our Salmia branch. You will guide expatriate and Saudi-sponsored students through global university admissions and convert inquiries into enrolments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of direct counselling experience, strong knowledge of international admissions, and excellent communication skills. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over three years of direct student counselling experience.
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions.
• Experience counselling students for multiple global study destinations, not UK alone.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on university and course options across global destinations.
• Manage the complete admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide tailored guidance to expatriate students and Saudi-sponsored applicants.
• Review academic documents and ensure university requirements are met.
• Follow up with applicants and university admissions teams to secure offers.
