Ulearn in Kuwait is seeking a friendly, ambitious educational advisor to help students choose universities and navigate UK, US, Australia, and Ireland applications. You'll talk with students and parents, understand goals, and explain study options.

Full training is provided and recent graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include assisting with applications and documents, following up on enquiries, tracking progress, and keeping families updated.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, ability to explain options clearly.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Good organisation and reliable follow-up.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.

Ulearn is an educational consultancy in Kuwait, helping students choose universities and apply to study in the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland.

We're looking for a friendly, ambitious person who enjoys talking to people and helping students take their next step. Full training is provided, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

What you'll do

• Speak with students and parents, understand their goals, and explain their study options.
• Help students with university applications and required documents.
• Follow up on enquiries, track applications, and keep students updated.

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills—you listen well, explain clearly, and build trust with students and parents.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Good organisation and reliable follow-up.
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferably, personal experience studying abroad and some familiarity with university applications.

You don't need to know the full admissions process or have worked as an advisor before—we'll teach you.

Working hours

• Regular hours: 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
• During July, office hours may extend to 8:00 p.m., with staff working in shifts.
