Job summary

Sanad Education in Kuwait City is seeking a full-time Educational Consultant to guide students and families through every step of their study abroad journey.

You will advise on destinations, support with applications and materials, and coordinate with partner universities; bilingual required; on-site position with workshops and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with students and families to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs, universities, and destinations.
• Guide students through application, admission, and placement processes.
• Review academic records and help prepare and edit application materials.
• Advise on timelines, requirements, and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support throughout the student's journey.
• Collaborate with the internal team and international university partners.
• Contribute to workshops, information sessions, and outreach activities.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time, on-site Educational Consultant in Kuwait City to guide students and families through every step of their study abroad journey, from choosing the right path to settling in at university.

• Conduct consultations with students and families to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs, universities, and destinations
• Guide students through application, admission, and placement processes

• Advise on timelines, requirements, and documentation

Requirements

• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine care for students and families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree required; Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field preferred
