Job summary

Egis invites an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to Kuwait City to lead design and delivery of structural solutions across infrastructure projects. You will combine technical excellence with strong project management, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation within our international team.

Responsibilities span feasibility studies, detailed design, calculations, site reviews, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or progress toward chartership.
• 8-10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Proven ability to deliver infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design.
• Experience with structural analysis software SAP2000/ETABS/STAAD.Pro.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design from feasibility to construction support on infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, drawings, and tender docs with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support development of the design team.
• Provide technical reviews, risk assessments and quality assurance on deliverables.
