Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to lead all phases of a major project from planning through completion. Based in Bayan, Kuwait, you will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and safety on site to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of construction management experience, and strong knowledge of codes and safety. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budget management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the site at all times.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of the project.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Manage and develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Prepare reports detailing project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
