Job summary

Trolley is seeking an experienced SAP professional to lead functional support across SAP Retail, SD, MM/IM, WM and EWM. The role focuses on keeping our Kuwait and KSA operations reliable while scaling our multi-site retail and distribution network.

You will manage controlled change, drive incident resolution, support data migration, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions. Moderate on-call requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP functional experience.
• 3+ years in S/4HANA.
• Deep expertise in at least two of: SD, MM, WM, or EWM.
• End-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion, followed by production support.

• Lead functional support across SAP Retail, SD, MM/IM, WM and EWM modules.
• Manage and govern controlled change processes within the SAP landscape.
• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot integration issues across modules.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to lead functional support and manage controlled change across SAP Retail, SD, MM/IM, WM and EWM. This role is central to keeping our retail and distribution operations running reliably as we continue to scale across Kuwait and KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional support across SAP Retail, SD, MM/IM, WM and EWM modules
• Manage and govern controlled change processes within the SAP landscape
• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot integration issues across modules
• Support testing cycles and data migration activities
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into SAP solutions
• Participate in scheduled on-call support as required
• 7+ years of SAP functional experience, including 3+ years in S/4HANA
• Deep expertise in at least two of: SD, MM, WM, or EWM
• At least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion, followed by production support
• Strong experience in incident resolution, integration troubleshooting, testing, and data migration
• Willingness to be based in Kuwait and participate in scheduled on-call support
