Job summary

BYD in Kuwait City is seeking a Sales Manager to turn market opportunities into sustainable retail growth through sales planning, demand forecasting, dealer development and disciplined performance management.

As a business partner to the Country Manager, you will lead planning, manage dealer performance, coach teams and align cross-functional partners to optimize volume, margin and customer experience across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or related field; typically 5+ years in automotive sales, sales operations or commercial planning.
• 2+ years managing dealer performance or business planning.
• Strong Excel, presentation and CRM skills; ability to reconcile data and build practical forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Translate annual objectives into monthly and quarterly plans by dealer and model.
• Lead sales inputs to weekly and monthly reviews; separate targets, forecasts and plans.
• Maintain a rolling demand forecast by month, dealer, model and trim.
• Manage dealer execution across leads, test drives, bookings, invoicing and retail delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional SOP inputs showing opportunity, demand, supply, gaps and options.
