Flyper in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and achieve targets in a dynamic market. You will design and execute sales strategies, coach the team, and cultivate client relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the African or Malayalee market (experience in both markets is preferred).
Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Travel within Al Ahmadi or other areas in Kuwait as needed for client meetings and business development.
