Job summary

V2X is seeking a Red Switch Technician II to supervise personnel and operate the DRSN facility per DISA guidelines. You will coordinate with Raytheon and DISA, conduct maintenance, and train teams on secure phone operations while providing regular status updates to agencies.

The role requires active TS/SCI eligibility, high school diploma, and 7+ years in CE maintenance, with a preference for IT-related bachelor’s degrees and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SSBI within the past two years.
• Eligible for SCI Access.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in IT or related field preferred.
• Baseline certification and relevant DISA requirements must be maintained.
• Seven years of Communications-Electronics Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• O&M of the Digital Small Switch and related systems.
• Monitor trunks, outages, and performance of voice circuits.
• Perform PMIs on switch and peripheral equipment.
• Update databases and prepare reports for DISA and military personnel.
• Coordinate with Raytheon, DISA, and local agencies on configurations and repairs.
