Job summary

Hirewand is seeking a senior Public Relations Manager to lead corporate affairs and strategic communications in Kuwait. You will guide PR, media relations, and government engagement, shaping the company’s reputation across markets.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, a strong background in crisis comms and investor relations, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and government bodies. A Masters is preferred and a Kuwait-based, tax-free salary package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1015 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Communications, or Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in a corporate group, holding company, or multinational organization.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• A Masters degree is preferred.
• Strong experience in crisis communication and media relations.
• Excellent skills in digital media and corporate communications.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and government relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional when representing an organization at senior-level events.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead PR and communication plans that support business goals.
• Manage the companys corporate image and reputation across markets.
• Build strong relationships with government bodies, regulators, business councils, investors, and key partners.
• Handle media relations, including press releases, media contacts, interviews, and media monitoring.
• Support crisis communication and manage sensitive communication with care.
• Represent the company at official events, conferences, forums, and business meetings.
• Support executive communication, including speeches, presentations, and public appearances.
• Work closely with Marketing to strengthen the companys online brand presence.
• Support investor communication and key corporate presentations.
• Lead internal communication activities to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Support the companys regional and international growth through strong corporate relationships.
