Job summary

CANAR Holding in Kuwait seeks a Senior Corporate Communications and Brand Lead to shape how the company presents itself internally and externally. You will own the brand, manage a small creative team, and act as the go‑to partner for every department on communications.

You will drive brand guidelines across touchpoints, oversee digital content and events, manage media relations, and coordinate with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or Business or equivalent.
• 8+ years in Corporate Communications, Branding, or Marketing including 5+ years leading a team.
• Strong B2B background; Construction, Engineering, Services (Oil, Gas and Power preferred).
• Proven ability to manage creative output and multiple stakeholders at senior level.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven track record managing budgets, suppliers and multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of design/vector and video/motion production workflows, and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and set priorities for the team; manage workload and performance.
• Own brand guidelines across all touchpoints and maintain assets.
• Manage company websites, social presence, and coordinated content with IT/agencies.
• Draft and deliver press releases, announcements, and internal communications; act as media contact.
• Support business development with marketing collateral, trade shows, conferences, and client events.
• Lead CSR initiatives and organize company-wide events and inter-company activities.
