Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in heavy-duty pavements for port or similar infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of pavement design, materials and construction methods.
• Strong track record in scheduling, budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead pavement and road construction activities for a marine/port project.
• Approve designs, trial sections, mix designs and QA/QC inspections.
• Mentor engineers and field personnel, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
