The ideal candidate has 15-20 years of experience in flexible packaging and a BE/B.Tech in Plastic Engineering or a related field. You will oversee all plant operations—from production and maintenance to quality and safety—ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Plastic Engineering or relevant.
• 15-20 years as Plant Manager in Flexible Packaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
• In-depth knowledge of flexible packaging and manufacturing processes (lamination, printing, PET preform, caps, bags, pouches).
• Overseeing production scheduling and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure on-time production and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the operations team and collaborate with procurement and management.
