Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in production planning for Bachelor's holders, 4+ in steelmaking.
• 9+ years experience in production planning for Diploma holders, 6+ in steelmaking.
• Experience in heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production planning processes and systems.
• Analyze production constraints and recommend adjustments.
• Forecast manpower and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Sales teams.
• Generate and analyze planning reports.
