Job summary

Client of AMOZA Overseas Recruitment is seeking an experienced operator for a food production facility in Kuwait. The role focuses on running processing and packaging machinery, setting up and adjusting equipment, and ensuring product integrity and hygiene throughout the production cycle.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in food manufacturing, with hands-on experience in operating machines and following strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing or processing factory.
• Practical experience operating food processing and/or packing machines.
• Knowledge of production-line operations and machine handling.
• Ability to follow production, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment.
• Relevant technical qualification or machine-operation experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate food processing and packaging machinery efficiently.
• Set up monitor and adjust machines according to production requirements.
• Ensure proper packing, sealing labelling and product handling.
• Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and routine machine checks.
• Maintain production quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow workplace safety and food-processing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
