Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Operations PMO to support project governance, execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination across the organization. You will help ensure operational projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while driving standardization and continuous improvement.

In this role you will develop standardized PMO processes, track budgets and KPIs, and prepare management reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Operations or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and operational projects.
• Knowledge of PMO governance, project planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of standardized PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate project workflows, approvals, documentation and SOPs.
• Track timelines, budgets, milestones, and KPIs to keep projects on track.
• Monitor risks, issues, delays and dependencies and support mitigation.
• Support delivery of operational projects across regions and site launches.
• Maintain project trackers, risk registers and status reports with up-to-date information.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility on progress and performance.
• Prepare management reports and project updates for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear ownership and timely deliverables.
• Assist in seasonal readiness plans and resource requirements.
• Coordinate escalation/resolution of major operational issues and bottlenecks.
• Support PMO meetings and steering committees with agendas and minutes.
• Work with IT to coordinate system changes and address requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgets and cost approvals.
