Job description

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and design LAN, WAN, WLAN, ASA, Cisco CUCM, Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls.
• Handle Cisco switches and provide Layer2 connectivity between LAN, WAN branches, including point‑to‑point and point‑to‑multipoint links, implementing required security.
• Upgrade IOS on network devices.
• Manage the proxy engine with content filtering, monitor and shape Internet bandwidth, and handle access control to all network devices using TACACS services.
• Analyze and research new network products for the Ministry.
• Handle daily troubleshooting for LAN and WAN problems, configuring and troubleshooting LAN, WAN and firewalls.
• Configure and troubleshoot NGFW, load balancer, Infoblox and Arbor.
• Install and configure routers, switches and wireless LAN.
• Hands‑on experience with NAC solutions.
• Prepare preventive maintenance reports for in‑house devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
• Deploy and configure UTM appliances.
• Overall installation and configuration of network and security infrastructure.
