Job summary

RSM Kuwait is seeking a Senior Associate – Internal Audit in Kuwait to contribute to internal audit and risk advisory engagements. The role involves executing audit assignments, performing risk assessments, evaluating controls, and communicating findings.

You will support managers and mentor junior team members in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, with 3.5 years of internal audit experience and professional credentials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIA/CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 3.5 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience with audit tools like CaseWare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit assignments across business functions.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit procedures.
• Evaluate internal controls and policy compliance.
• Identify control gaps and provide recommendations.
• Prepare working papers, reports and documentation.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support managers and guide junior team members.
• Ensure timely completion per internal audit standards.
