The role emphasizes building relationships with lower management, maintaining compliance with regulations, and contributing to staff onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA/CA/ACCA is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CaseWare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit engagements with independence and comply with Firmstandards.
• Support engagement teams and managers to deliver quality audit services to clients.
• Develop client relationships with lower management and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure tasks are performed within timeframes and adhere to timesheet deadlines.
• Understand how own role fits within the total engagement and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Promote staff development and on-the-job training within the team.
