Job summary

Deloitte in Kuwait is seeking a Senior in Audit & Assurance to lead engagement teams and deliver high-quality audit services for clients in the region. The role requires strong understanding of regulatory environments and risk management, with cross-border coordination across components.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in public auditing, international qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA), and fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms.
• Ability to plan and manage engagements and people, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
• Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare audit reports.
• CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds trust with stakeholders by understanding service level expectations.
• Delivers high-quality services by applying regulatory and risk-management awareness.
• Tracks deliverables and understands audit scope and reliance on component auditors.
• Links risks, controls, and findings across EMS files in a timely manner.
• Develops relationships beyond the finance function to understand client business.
