Job summary

The Q Studio is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to manage daily HR operations from its Kuwait City base. The role focuses on policy implementation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce planning, while guiding managers on performance and disciplinary matters.

Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, maintaining HR records, and promoting a positive workplace culture with strong compliance to Kuwait labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience leading HR operations and policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in job description development and recruitment support.
