Job summary
Hudson IT and Manpower in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Sr Hostess to lead guest relations for a reputed restaurant group. You will greet, seat, and assist guests, recognize VIPs, manage reservations and seating, and coordinate with the service team to deliver personalized service.
The role requires 2–3 years in hosting or related fields, supervisory experience preferred, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years in restaurant hosting or similar customer-facing roles.
- Senior/supervisory experience preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Experience with reservations, waitlists, VIP guests and service recovery.
- Sales or loyalty activities experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet, acknowledge, seat and farewell guests professionally.
- Recognize VIP and regular guests and coordinate personalized service.
- Manage reservations, guest profiles and reservation notes.
- Coordinate table allocation with Floor Manager and service team.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and service recovery.
- Guide junior hostesses and FOH staff; monitor performance.
- Prepare reports on guest feedback and service trends.
