Job summary

HUDSON in Kuwait is seeking experienced Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests while coordinating with staff to ensure a smooth flow. The role requires professional grooming and a welcoming demeanor in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in hospitality, fluent Arabic and English, and strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent guest service from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum height of 165 cm and professional grooming.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.
• 1–3 years in hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist seating.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists and table allocations.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/waiting area.
• Inform guests about waiting times and policies when needed.
• Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely.
