Job summary

Al Jazeera Real Estate Development Co. K.S.C.C. (AJRE) in Kuwait seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance activities, handle work orders, and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective tasks. The role supports the Facility Manager and drives accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has a technical background (engineering/technical diploma) with at least 5 years in Kuwait and proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma holders.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Kuwait with similar work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with technicians, supervisors and contractors.
• Receive, record, assign and follow up on maintenance complaints/work orders.
• Monitor the progress and completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate access requirements for contractors and service providers.
• Follow up on pending maintenance works and ensure timely closure.
• Assist the Facility Manager in daily site inspections.
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of completed PM activities.
• Identify overdue PM activities and report them to the Facility Manager.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly facility activity reports.
• Maintain complaint and work-order tracking sheets.
• Prepare pending-work and contractor-progress reports.
• Assist with quotations, material requirements and work completion documentation.
• Maintain accurate Excel records for maintenance activities and assets.
