Job summary

Sahara Kuwait Resort seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate with technicians and contractors, and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective work. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Engineering/Technical Diploma holder with 5+ years Kuwait experience.
• Experience coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to track work orders and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with technicians, supervisors and contractors.
• Receive, record, assign and follow up on maintenance complaints and work orders.
• Monitor progress and completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate access for contractors and service providers.
• Assist Facility Manager with daily site inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and Excel spreadsheets.
