Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related discipline with 5+ years in program management or 8+ years in postal operations with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, contracts, teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of postal operations and customer-service requirements.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of MPO contract operations.
• Serve as primary contact for government customers and internal leadership.
• Develop and manage program plans, staffing, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, USPS, MPSA, and contract requirements.
• Monitor operations, address performance risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee personnel hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training.
