Job summary

Loloah Alshaya General Trading & Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to supervise daily construction activities and coordinate labor teams. The role requires ensuring work is performed to the drawings and specifications, while maintaining safety and productivity on site.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of foreman experience, can read drawings, and demonstrate strong leadership and coordination with engineers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in construction or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate labor teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently for daily operations.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to engineers and project management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines to avoid delays and conflicts.
• Inspect work quality and ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Maintain site discipline, productivity, and cleanliness.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and reporting material shortages or delays.
