Job summary

Core for Infrastructure Works Co. W.L.L by Al Nisf Group in Kuwait City, Kuwait, seeks an Engineering & Technical Office Manager to oversee Civil and MEP design, shop drawings, and technical submissions on site.

You will lead the Technical Office, plan workloads, coordinate with consultants, and ensure timely deliverables across disciplines. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, 12+ years of infrastructure experience, and strong BIM coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in building or infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum 4 years leading a Technical Office with coordinated Civil and MEP deliverables.
• Contractor-side experience is required.
• Strong BIM coordination experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and model-review tools.
• Strong English communication and technical reporting skills.
• Strong team management and consultant coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil and MEP design, shop drawings, and technical submissions through qualified discipline engineers.
• Plan workloads and monitor engineering deliverables and consultant approvals.
• Review technical submissions and resolve design and discipline interfaces.
• Manage BIM coordination, design changes, and construction technical queries.
• Coordinate technical procurement inputs with Project Managers and Supply Chain.
• Provide technical support to project sites and ensure coordination between the Technical Office and construction teams.
• Manage and guide the Technical Office team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
