Job summary

The Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator (BIM Manager) role in Kuwait leads BIM standards, workflows and QA/QC across the Infrastructure department, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and consistent project delivery. You will develop templates and BEPs, manage the CDE, oversee model health checks, and mentor staff to uplift BIM capabilities for local and international projects.

You will drive improvement initiatives and track KPI progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Master's degree in structural engineering preferred.
• ISO 19650 certification preferred.
• Experience with BIM management across design to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of CDE and data exchange standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM standards and workflows.
• Lead BIM coordination across projects and teams.
• Oversee CDE setup, access controls, and data exchange.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff.
• Monitor QA/QC and ensure regulatory compliance.
