Job summary

Kwtsteel is seeking a plant operator to adjust oxygen and nitrogen parameters and monitor ASP, LPG storage, and related processes. The role involves recording daily parameters, coordinating with mechanical technicians, and maintaining safety during shifting operations.

Responsibilities include operating ASP and WTP, supporting RCA investigations, and ensuring accurate maintenance data in SAP. The job requires strict adherence to safety directives and proper handling of LPG during unloading.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Air Separation Plant equipment and associated systems.
• Daily recording of process parameters and safety checks.
• Ability to follow servicing plans and participate in preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Adjust ASP parameters to support oxygen/nitrogen production.
• Record daily checks and parameter notes for ASP and LPG systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for planned and corrective actions.
• Record data in SAP and notify abnormalities.
• Ensure safety during LPG unloading and storage operations.
• Assist RCA investigations with field observations and insights.
• Perform inspections and functional tests on spare parts and equipment.
