RTC1 Recruitment Services in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Manager – AI & Technology to lead the formation of an AI function from the ground up, shaping the technology roadmap and governance. The role spans integration of AI across core business areas to unlock measurable value.

You will drive adoption, lead stakeholders, and build an AI team capable of delivering scalable AI platforms with strong ROI across operations, marketing, finance, procurement, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Prefer 5 years in technology, AI, or digital transformation within F&B/retail/hospitality environments.
• Ability to build and integrate AI platforms from scratch, not just strategy.
• Proven leadership to build and scale an AI function across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI function from ground up including roadmap and governance.
• Design, build and integrate AI platforms across operations, customer experience, marketing, finance, procurement, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Identify and implement practical GenAI/use cases, taking concepts from POC to scale.
• Drive AI adoption with ROI tracking and measurable business impact.
