Job summary

Trafalgar Luxury Group in Kuwait City seeks an Accounting Lead to manage end-to-end accounting, monthly/annual close, IFRS compliance, and internal controls. You will supervise the accounting team and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, 1–2 years in supervision, and professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA). Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• 3–5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and strong internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; address audit observations.
• Manage working capital monitoring, aging and supplier payments.
