Job summary

Onetechcapital seeks a Senior Accountant in Kuwait City to coordinate accounting duties and strengthen financial controls. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 10+ years of experience, and VAT knowledge are required, with strong Excel skills and the ability to train staff.

You will prepare analyses, forecasts, budgets, audits, and reports, while maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet accuracy and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and VAT.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Ability to train and manage staff.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Very good English speaker.
