Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and financial records accurately
• Handle invoices receipts payments expenses and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare ledgers financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
• Monitor transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of AP AR general ledger and bank reconciliation
• Basic understanding of financial reporting and documentation

Candidate Requirements :
