Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and rectify routine errors and anomalies in input data to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Analyze ledgers and accounts to facilitate timely reconciliation of financial data, ensuring the company maintains continuous awareness of its financial position.
• Prepare non-routine financial data upon request to support management decision-making.
• Prepare reports from statistical and financial information according to established schedules, ensuring all required information is available for timely review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and adherence to established systems.
• Process ledger and booking entries in accordance with established procedures, ensuring all transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
• Report major issues and areas of non-compliance to the hierarchy to ensure high levels of accounting management and control, facilitating timely resolution of problems.
