Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is seeking an ADPE Technician to provide professional laptop and desktop support in Kuwait. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, configuring software for Windows OS and MS Office, and integrating PCs into local domains while ensuring secure connections to printers and networks.

Employment is contingent on medical clearance and CENTCOM fitness for duty, with DoD 8570-M certification requirements and security clearances as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hardware troubleshooting and PC repair skills.
• Experience with Windows OS, Outlook, and basic TCP/IP networking.
• Active Directory domain join and DoD software familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain DoD-approved software on government computers.
• Join PCs to Microsoft Active Directory domains and configure network access.
• Configure Outlook and manage personal folders.
• Maintain security software on military systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware.
