Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to support Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. You will provide front-line help desk services for computer, printer, and network issues, handle in-person, phone, and email contacts, and manage tickets using ServiceNow.

The role requires strong customer service and quick decision-making, with experience in a service desk environment and Microsoft Office. On-site work and potential shifts are expected, with DoD certification requirements to be met.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in a help desk environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and common IT terminology.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Primary support and interface with site personnel to optimize Service Desk resources.
• Provide immediate in-person and remote assistance for IT issues and log tickets.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft OS, Exchange, and site software; document actions and outcomes.
• Create logon and email accounts; manage network services and CISCO VMPS administration.
