Grant Thornton – Al-Qatami, Al-Aiban & Partners in Kuwait City, Kuwait is seeking an experienced IT Support / IT Administrator to own end-user support, identity management, server maintenance, and endpoint security. You will manage laptops, desktops, printers, and Microsoft 365 environments, while collaborating with finance and services teams to ensure system reliability.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT, strong Windows/AD/M365 skills, and immediate availability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of progressive IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Must currently reside in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency permit.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
• Solid experience in endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, and IT asset management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.
• Available immediately or with short notice preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support for laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 tenants, AD user accounts, security groups, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist with Windows Server administration, user provisioning, permissions, and core network troubleshooting.
• Support endpoint security solutions, antivirus/EDR deployments, and asset inventories.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, system backups, hardware upgrades, and cybersecurity tasks.
• Troubleshoot OS errors, hardware faults, connectivity issues, and software glitches.
• Maintain IT documentation, tickets, network diagrams, and equipment inventory logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regional tech groups, and external vendor partners.
