Job summary

QuantumIT Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. You will develop sales strategies, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and excellent English communication. It is a full-time, on-site position with working hours 9am–6pm, Sunday to Thursday. Fresh graduates may apply; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the English-speaking market.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month

Working Hours

This is a full-time job with working hours from 9am to 6pm Sunday through Thursday
