Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait in Bayan Kuwait seeks a driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and accelerate business growth. You will develop strategies, coach staff, and drive target attainment to expand our customer base.

You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and conduct market research to stay ahead of trends while ensuring the team delivers consistent results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.
