• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance with RO Plant and Desalination Plant annual maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
• Plan and execute annual maintenance of RO and desalination plants.
• Inspect pumps, compressors and motors.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors during shutdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth plant availability.
