Qualifications

Experience supervising plant operations and maintenance teams in process industries.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily DM Plant operations and ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor water treatment processes and maintain quality standards.
Lead and guide plant operators and maintenance personnel.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Monitor chemical dosing and plant performance parameters.
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment.
Prepare operational reports and maintain plant records.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
