Job summary

Sisco is hiring on behalf of its client for a Mechanical Supervisor in Kuwait. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of mechanical maintenance experience, with strong hands-on crane and lifting equipment expertise, and previous supervisory responsibilities.

The successful candidate will supervise crane maintenance activities, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure safety compliance, coordinate technicians, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Additional Certifications: Crane Maintenance / Industrial Safety Certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities for cranes and lifting equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimise downtime.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools.
