Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking an I&C Supervisor for Kuwait in the water treatment and desalination sector. The role focuses on supervising instrumentation and control maintenance for RO/desalination plants, with emphasis on PLC/DCS troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in I&C maintenance, a Diploma (preferably in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics), and strong fault-finding skills to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control maintenance, preferably in RO or desalination plants.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in annual maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise instrumentation and control maintenance for RO and desalination plants.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, transmitters, sensors, and control systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of automation systems.
• Coordinate annual maintenance shutdown activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise instrumentation and control maintenance activities for RO and desalination plants.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, transmitters, sensors, and control systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of automation systems.
• Coordinate annual maintenance shutdown activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.
