Qualifications

• Fashionable / well-groomed with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives.
• Ability to ensure high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest levels of customer service by retail staff.
• Assist Store Manager in efficient, profitable store operation as per Company policies.
• End-to-end store responsibility in the absence of Store Manager.
• Promote the Loyalty Program of the company for maximizing loyalty and repeat sales.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager with regards to employees and products.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards at the stores.
• Manage the daily roaster, leave and grievances of the retail staff.
• Ensure awareness and vigilance of security in the store at all times.
• Must be updated about various brands of the group for suggestive selling to customers.
• End to end store responsibility in absence of Store Manager.
• Must be physically fit to stand for extended hours and heavy lifting.
