Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking a Retail Coordinator to help bring Every Ateej for Oud location to life. The role focuses on managing retail contracts, coordinating installations, and maintaining accurate records across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with contractors and internal teams. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with 0–1 year of related experience and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in retail, purchasing, administration, coordination, or a similar field.
Exposure to retail operations, contractor coordination, or administrative activities is an advantage.
Basic to good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or document management systems is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Support management of retail contracts and documentation across Ateej for Oud locations.
Maintain and update retail contracts, agreements, and supporting documents.
Track contract expiry dates, renewals, pending documentation, approvals, and signatures.
Follow up with stakeholders to keep requirements moving.
Keep records accurate, organized, and accessible.
Prepare basic reports on contract status and outstanding requirements.
Coordinate installation works for new locations and keep projects moving toward completion.
Coordinate installation schedules and site requirements with contractors and internal teams.
Follow up on installation progress and completion.
Maintain records of installation activities and completion status.
Coordinate site requirements and activities around pending items.
Escalate delays or incomplete work when necessary.
Coordinate maintenance requests from retail locations and track resolution.
Follow up with contractors on progress and expected completion dates.
Coordinate site visits and maintenance activities with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain records of requests, contractor visits, completed works, and outstanding issues.
Support preparation and filing of quotations, work orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Follow up on assigned requirements until completion or escalation.
