Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting the right product.
• Convert window shoppers to buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Follow the GUEST selling method: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank.
• Be knowledgeable about brand offerings for effective suggestive selling.
• Maintain presentable appearance at all times.
• Work extended hours during sale periods as needed.
• Handle POS and cash transactions accurately.
• Record inventory movements and maintain stock reports.
• Adhere to SOPs and Loss Prevention policies.
• Keep sales figures confidential.
