Responsibilities include staff training, coaching, performance management, and ensuring high standards in food quality and service. Fluent in Arabic and English; diplomas in Hotel/Hospitality Management preferred; 7–10 years of restaurant operations experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
• 7–10 years of restaurant operations experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
