• Requires home office with HD webcam, clear microphone, and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and publish job postings across channels.
• Review resumes provided by the company and manage inbound applications.
• Schedule interviews with candidates across time zones via Email/WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record them for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily pipelines and submit structured reports.
