Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a 100% remote role. You will source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates, conducting quick 15–20 minute interviews and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach across international networks and adherence to recruitment policies. The position offers a base salary of $200 USD per month with an uncapped commission, plus full remote flexibility and global networking opportunities within AI, fintech, and blockchain

Qualifications

Strong communication and objection handling abilities.
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet and simple tracking sheets.
Written and spoken English at a basic to intermediate level for internal reporting.

Responsibilities

Direct sourcing and outreach through LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and job boards.
Engage candidates via message or call and present Assetara opportunity.
Conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews via Zoom/Meet to assess fit and motivation.
Daily 2–3 first-stage interviews depending on candidate availability.
Maintain candidate records in tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates for final interviews.
Follow company policies and privacy requirements in all candidate communications.
